[postgis-users] bugs in postgis-1.0RC2 with postgres 7.2.1

hello strk,

thanks a lot: both basic issues with postgres 7.2.1 have been
successfully fixed, and all regression tests pass correctly.

to my opinion, packaging means installing a program in a relative path
(DESTDIR), and then saving the resulting files in order to copy them in
their absolute location. the first part should be in the interest of all
package types, so it should reside in the main makefiles / scripts.

i am attaching a diff of those changes i would propose for postgis, with
no specific debian issue. please take a look.
