[postgis-users] PostGIS-1.x / Mapserver bug (hopefully) fixed

Thank you, hopefully we've fixed this long-standing bug.
The force_collection() function was broken.
RC3 should not have this problem anymore.
Please anyone having this problem try current CVS.
