[postgis-users] PostGis and Mapserver

Dear all,

I'm quite new with mapserver and PostGis. I'm learning how to use them, just to test I've inserted a point in postgis.
test=# select geom from test;
        geom
--------------------
 SRID=-1;POINT(1 1)
(1 row)

Now I'm trying to view it on Mapserver. But I'm getting error message, about time limit exced. It looks like the database has been delaying to answer the query.

Can anyone help me ?
