[postgis-users] Win32 Installer for Postgis 1.0.0-rc2 now available

Hi everyone,

I've just done a Win32 build of PostGIS 1.0.0-rc2 which is now available
from http://www.webbased.co.uk/mca/. Similar to rc1, the build contains PROJ
4.4.9 and GEOS 2.1.1.
