[postgis-users] installing postgis in Ubuntu 5.10(Breezy)

If you have some workable packages, that would be great - I cannot get 
postgis compiled on my Ubuntu system. Meanwhile I'll touch base with the 
Ubuntu folks to press the case for GIS.
