[postgis-users] trouble moving data: revisited

Yes, I can connect to template1. I can get cmd line access through psql, I
also connect to it with "EMS SQL Manager 2005 for PostgreSQL" and/or
pgAdminIII.

Can you connect to template1 in any way ?
