Hi Darren,

I had not seen this example, but it seems to have been caught up by
developments.

EPSG version 8.6 is out and it has a PostgreSQL native dump. There are three
SQL files as before and if you load them in the order tables, data, fkeys
the process is flawless. If you load fkeys before data, there will be
problems in the load order of the data, as is elaborated on the website.
Most of the other instructions there appear to be specific to GeoTools (e.g.
owner names and schema).
