[postgis-users] Adding Regression test for the loader in loader/regress or loader/shp or a url

I think it is a good idea to have shapefiles in the repository,
but distributing the regress tests (including shapefiles)
as a separate package to avoid huge postgis tarballs.

Do you have a list of free-to-redistribute shapefiles ?
