[postgis-users] Is shp2pgsql -i (force int4 for ints in .dbf) broken?

With Postgres 8.1.4 on Windows 2000

all integers in the .sql file are turned to numeric, and I get numbers
like 736.0000000000000000 etc

Can somebody please confirm?
