Do you ask about server side (libjts instead of geos), pljava or
client-side (jdbc jts datatype extensions) support for jts?

I can only speak about the third one, and the second one does not exist yet.

postgis_jts.jar in your classpath.

To use it, you have to set the correct datatypes to the pgjdbc driver,
or use the appropriate driverwrapper.

Now, this makes me think that your question is about libjts in the
