[postgis-users] Langauge c

When running step 6 in the installation instructions, (psql -d 
myDatabase -f lwpostgis.sql), I get the following error:
psql:lwpostgis.sql:44: ERROR: Permission denied for language c

I tried googling this error, but came up fruitless (and clueless)!  Line 
44 of this file is:
LANGUAGE 'C' IMMUTABLE STRICT; -- WITH(isstrict);

I've tried several ideas, bu alas, have to query the group...  Any 
ideas?  Running Pg 8.1.4 and PostGIS 1.1.2...
