[postgis-users] connect postgis to arcview/arcgis

Please check out zigGIS:

It currently can connect and maintain a live connection to PostGIS
databases. This differs from pgArc in that pgArc downloads the data
locally. I believe the live connection is the better way to do it.
Unfortunately I've been very busy with business lately so I haven't
gotten much work done on it in the past few months. But I will get
back on it once I have a break.
Please subscribe to the mailing list as I'll be posting something to
it very soon about saving zigGIS layers into the project.
