[postgis-users] Hw to Oracle dmp file to postgis /postgresql

I have seen this question come up before on other forums but I can not
find the answer.

I have received some Oracle DMP files containing several map raster.  Is
there any way to get PostGis / Postreqsl to import them?

I do not have any ASCII / SQL info with them.
