[postgis-users] Win32 Installer for Postgis 1.1.3 now available

Hi everyone,

I've just uploaded the Win32 installers for PostGIS 1.1.3 to
http://www.webbased.co.uk/mca/. As well as including PROJ 4.4.9, I've also
upgraded GEOS to use the new 2.2.2 release. Please report any issues to the
mailing lists as normal.
