[postgis-users] Degrees to meters

Thanks fot your help but I've allready use that function but  it did not work,
try:
select AsText(transform(GeometryFromText('POINT(-7,39)', 4326),4803);
You'll see that it does't do the right convertion, it gives the units in degrees but i want it in meters.How can i do it?
