[postgis-users] Repair splitted lines..

Hi to all guys...
This is my first time using PostGIS and till now, i have only set up it in my 
local server and uploaded my shp using QGIS.
The problem is this:
I have got a road network described by the right and the left boundaires of 
each road... the matter is that sometimes the line is splitted so i wanna 
repair it before start working on it.

Is there a way to snap vertex where the line are splitted?
