[postgis-users] AV PostGIS Connection Extension 1.12.1 Release

Hello All,

I've set up a Sourceforge project for Armin Burger's
AV PostGIS Connection Extension:

Changes since the last release of Armin:

* Added a Windows installer
* Possibility to specify the encoding (PGCLIENTENCODING, iconv
is not (yet) used)
* Updated and extended documentation - a CHM file is now available
through the Help menu item
* Using the latest PostGIS 1.12 binaries from Mark Cave-Ayland. I would like
to keep the AV PostGIS connection extension version numbering in sync
with the PostGIS version numbers
