[postgis-users] GEOS and PostGIS

Paul and Strk,
Many thanks for the assistance on getting GEOS (and PostGIS) to compile on Solaris 10.
The eventual solution was two fold -
Firstly I needed to add the /usr/local/lib into the system wide libraries using crle
(i.e. #t2k> crle -u -l /usr/local/lib). Secondly setting the correct PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH and LDFLAGS helped.
When I did this the correct make (gmake) was being used rather than the somewhat limited (?) Solaris make version.
