[postgis-users] new user = new problems

I used the windows installer and that's what mine is.  I don't think I
changed any of the defaults.

Is it 'postgres' now?  Maybe pgAdmin does it different (I usually use 
commandline tools), but I was pretty sure that 'template1' is still the 
default template...
