[postgis-users] Postgis 1.1.5 Windows Version ?

R&T,
It is unlikely that the 1.1.5 binary will include GEOS3, since that  
code is still in beta and being actively worked on.  Once it gets to  
a full release, not a beta, I think it makes sense to include it in  
the installer binary.
