[postgis-users] Win32 installer for PostGIS 1.1.5 available

Hi everyone,

The Windows installer for PostGIS 1.1.5, compiled with PROJ 4.4.9 and
GEOS 2.2.3 is now available for download from the Refractions website.
For this latest release, the installer has undergone a major rewrite
which includes the following features:


	- Automatic generation of a "template_postgis" database
	This allows applications to create spatially-enabled databases
	using SQL or the command line (see the PostGIS documentation
	for more details)

	- All temporary files used during installation are now
	created with the Windows temporary directory, rather than in
	the PostgreSQL directory

	- Friendlier error reporting
	In the case of an error occurring, the installer will
	automatically open the corresponding log file on screen to
	make spotting error messages easier

	- Many other small changes/tidy ups/fixes
