[postgis-users] build postgis.jar on Windows

Hi Markus,
thank you for your help.
I build the postgis.jar directly in Eclipse:
1. Import the postgis-svn\java\jdbc folder in a Java Eclipse project
2. Use the export function of Eclipse to generate the .jar file with ant
