Great news!
Please keep me posted.  Based on this I will wait until the new version is
posted then merge my changes to that version.  I will send a diff of the
changes for a possible update.

Hi Bruce and others,
There is a new version that is going to be available any day now.  I  
am waiting on the group to put it on a public site and then I will  
spam all those who have ever asked about pgarc :)  In the meantime if  
you have any updates that are worth posting to the pgarc website,  
please let me know, and I will get them put up.
