[postgis-users] AV PostGIS Connection Extension 1.13.1 release

Hello All,

version 1.13.1 of the ArcView PostGIS connection extension
has been released:

This release does not add any new functionality but fixes several bugs
e.g. for installations
missing the ArcView registry entry, and the Refresh functionality is
active again.

The underlying PostGIS files have been updated to version 1.1.3.

Thanks to Armin Burger for the fix of the Refresh functionality.
