That's right folks, 1.1.4 is on the streets. Our sincere hope is
that this version will find its way into the PostgreSQL 8.2 Win32
installer, thereby ensuring that folks pulling that bundle end up
with a relatively recent PostGIS.
The 1.1.4 maintenance release of PostGIS is now available. This is a
minor bugfix and compatibility release. The following changes have
occurred:
o Fixed support for the upcoming PostgreSQL 8.2 release
o Fixed bug in collect() function discarding SRID of input
o Added SRID match check in MakeBox2d and MakeBox3d
o Fixed regress tests to pass with GEOS-3.0.0
o Improved pgsql2shp run concurrency
o Java:
o Reworked JTS support to reflect new upstream JTS developers'
attitude to SRID handling.
o Simplified code and droped build dependency on GNU trove.
o Added EJB2 support provided by the Geodetix s.r.l. Company.
o Added EJB3 tutorial and examples provided by Norman Barker.
o Reorganized java directory layout somewhat.
