[postgis-users] Win32 installer for PostGIS 1.3.1 available

Hi everyone,

The Windows installer for PostGIS 1.3.1, compiled with PROJ 4.5.0 and
GEOS 3.0.0rc4 is now available for download from the Refractions
website.

As well as being the first release of the 1.3.x series, the installer
now uses the newer GEOS 3 by default. So as well as the new function
naming convention, spatial operators should be more robust than under
GEOS 2.2. Note that since GEOS 3 fixes several known precision issues
compared to GEOS 2.2, some queries may return slightly different
results. But of course, since this is also a major version release,
you'll test your application thoroughly first, right? ;)
