[postgis-users] 1.1.7 Released

Thanks to Mark Cave-Ayland, some important bug fixes from the 1.2.x 
series have been ported back to the 1.1.x series, and the result is the 
1.1.7 release.  This release clears up a number of issues with 
PostgreSQL 8.2 when used in combination with 1.1.x.
