[postgis-users] status of topology support in postgis

I created a new open-source project "Topology Support for PostGIS" on
Cofundos.org.

Cofundos tries to raise funding for Open Source projects. It's quite
new and it is the first time I've added a project suggestion there.
Let's see what will happen.
