All done - I committed a patch this morning using my home desktop machine
which should resolve the issue. So I think that's nearly everything for
this release.

I've just got around to firing up my Win32 virtual to test SVN ready for
release, and I'm getting a failure in the regress_ogc section :( 
Unfortunately this will have to wait until later tomorrow before I can
look at it...
