[postgis-users] Installing Postgis on Postgresql 8.3.1-1

When installing Postgresql 8.3.1-1, the Initialize databse cluster window
there are the following options 1. Encoding (Server) -defaults to WIN1252
and 2. (Client) Win1252.  Both have a dropped down menu which encoding must
I choose and why.
