[postgis-users] upload a shape file to postgis via web and insert a table existing

hi every body:

I'm in the same problem, I need upload a shape file to postgis via web, but
in the existing table,  for example I have a  table called  mosaico, and
contains 2182 rows and need insert to final.

well I'm working with PHP, somebody helpme please
