[postgis-users] AddGeometryColumn error

The easiest way is to create your database using the template_postgis as
the template database.

The "after the fact" way is to execute the SQL script located at
\Program Files\PostgreSQL\8.3\share\contrib\lwpostgis.sql (For windows
installations)
