[postgis-users] about point and multipoint

ST_X() and ST_Y() expect the input to be a point, not a multipoint. 
You'll need to explode your collection into a list of points.

Try this:

SELECT ST_X(geom), ST_Y(geom)
FROM
   (SELECT (ST_Dump(geoloc)).geom
    FROM consultorios) AS foo;
