[postgis-users] What's the difference between SQL/MM Spatial & SFSQL ?

Hi,

I'm writing a report on the use of spatial databases (PostGIS) in
conjunction with Udig.
PostGIS is a SFSQL compliant database. What I would like to know is that
the literature seems to add the SQL/MM Spatial standard too.
I'm not sure what the difference is ? Can someone help
me to clear this up ?
