[postgis-users] Database design book recommendations for the person who asked

I thought about that Martin but it was Postgres before it was
PostgreSQL, so I went for PostgresD.

I also thought maybe I should follow the Ingres -> Postgres template but
that would leave us with PostgreSQLD and that I think would not be A
Good Thing.
