Does IBM package charge additional for their geodetic support. Sounds
like its another engine you purchase separately.

I assume its integrated in Oracle if you get Oracle Spatial (which
presumes you are running Oracle Enterprise) since I don't see any
mention of it being separate aside from its only existed since Oracle
9i. I presume they don't include it in their Oracle Locator offering.
Is that correct?

Another interesting evaluation axis might be support for true geodetic
(geographic) data. I believe that only SQLServer has this (along with
Oracle and IBM,of course)
