[postgis-users] Open Source .DWG to .SHP converter?

What CAD software are you using? Because if the software can export to
DGN (Microstation) Ogr2ogr would do the trick to directly import it into
postGIS.
You can find ogr2ogr in the FWTools, instructions are at:
http://www.gdal.org/ogr/
