[postgis-users] migrating from linux to windows

Hi,

I want to migrate a postgis database from postgis 1.1.6 on debian to 1.3.3
on windows. (i know, i like linux better too)

what's the correct way to go about that?
Will the perl script postgis_restore.pl work?
I'm trying it out, but i am encountering some problems that might not be
related.

So would it work in theory or is there a better way?
