I think you were hit by the blind stick.

The license is LGPL and QPL. They will sell you a commercial license if you
require one.

This chapter is all about alpha shapes (which can be concave or convex).

There is certainly some quite interesting (mostly non free) stuff there.
I can see an lgpl convex hull module but not concave unless I've been
hit with the blind stick.
