[postgis-users] GEOS what's new

Hi,

Is there a "What's new", or a version history for GEOS?
I wonder what the difference is between 2.2.3 and 3.0.0

(since on ubuntu box PostGIS 1.3.3 still uses GEOS 2.2.3. Other users on the
list use GEOS 3.0.0)

I've been on the trac, but the tickets there are a bit too detailed for me.
