[postgis-users] PDF version of manual?

It appears to be no longer there, but instead we have the manual for the
next as yet unreleased point version of postgis: 1.3.4.  It is good to
see an open source project giving documentation suitable attention and
keeping it up to date (unlike many open source projects).  I'm surprised
though that the documentation is released before the code.  I suspect
that's unprecedented.
