[postgis-users] Error installing PostGIS 1.3.5 on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise R2

Hi all,
I'm trying to install PostGIS 1.3.5 on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise R2 
with PostgreSQL 8.3.6.2.
During the installation process i get this error:
"Error opening file for writing: 
c:\programmi\PostgreSQL\8.3\bin\libiconv-2.dll" and I can only skip the 
error.

What Can I do to solve this problem?
