[postgis-users] Upgrade from 1.3.1 to 1.3.5

I think if you are just going from 1.3.1 to 1.3.5 running the 

lwpostgis_upgrade.sql 

should be all you need to do.  I don't think any aggregate functions were changed between those 2 which is usually the thing that doesn't come over with minor versions.
