Quentin,

As Paul said seeing the map file would help to diagnose.

It would also help if we new the version of PostGIS/PostgreSQL you are
running which you can get from

SELECT postgis_full_version();
SELECT version();

And which platforms (Linux/Windows  etc. you are running mapserver on.
Version of mapserver -- the postgis_full_version will provide that info for
the PostGIS/PostgreSQL side).

Could be something really simple or really bizarre like a big endian little
endian thing.

Without seeing your .map file I can't diagnose. PostGIS support in Mapserver
works, so you probably have some odd configuration issue going on.
