[postgis-users] shp2pgsql

[Ravi]

Hi Leo,
giving a proper path to the sql file has suggested gave the help screen
for shp2pgsql.
I sue VISTA O/S, and the Pgadmin and postgis are working fine. It is only this usage through command prompt doesnt work.
