Use "EasyLoader" in the MapInfo Tools > Tool Manager menu.
Click "ODBC" button and select or create an ODBC connection to your PostGIS
db
Click "Map Catalog" which will create mapinfo.mapinfo_mapcatalog in your
PostGIS db
Select "Source Tables"
Click "Upload"
