[postgis-users] PostGIS 1.4.1 for windows on stack builder

ERROR DURING INSTALL, Any ideas? Do I need to re-install PostgreSQL to match lib version info?

psql:C:/Program Files (x86)/PostgreSQL/8.3/share/contrib/postgis-1.4/postgis.sql:55: ERROR:  incompatible library "C:/Program Files (x86)/PostgreSQL/8.3/lib/postgis-1.4.dll": version mismatch
DETAIL:  Server is version 8.3, library is version 8.2.
