[postgis-users] *.gdbtable, etc

I spent a day on reading hexdumps without feeling particularly closer
to being able to do even a partial reverse on them. I'd need someone
with ArcGIS feeding me very carefully built files to make a start.  It
seems like a lot of work without a lot of reward.
