[postgis-users] installation on windows

Hi everybody,
i am a new developer who use a mapnik to build my own 
map. I use Window instead of ubuntu.I want to know how to install 
postgis on windows?
when i do "psql  -d gis -f "c:\Program 
Files\PostgreSQL\8.3\share\co
ntrib\lwpostgis.sql" on my windows command 
shell i have this list of  error:
