[postgis-users] Announcement: PostGIS Versioning System pgversion and QGIS Plugin

I have created a new database for the pg_versioning.  I created pgvs
functions and got this error:

$ psql -d philippines -U **** -h **** -f createFunctions.sql

The pgadminIII showed the added versions schema but I can't use it in qgis 1.7.
